The Pearls had a big day and it started at the Mackenzie Lake beach party. Kicking off the festivities, the Pearls of Polynesia performed for the crowd of families that had assembled. The fun continued as the audience joined in and participated with dance activities, a Hawaiian band and topping it all with a limbo competition. For those really competitive, the residents’ association offered a watermelon eating contest. Delicious AND healthy!
